Latin Patriarchate priest Fr. Firas Nasrawin, parish priest if St. John the Baptist Church in Madaba acquired the doctorate degree in education on July 23, 2921 from St. Joseph University in Beirut.

The discussion of his thesis was conducted through the visual communication technology from the hall of the Sacred Heart Church in Tla' Al-'Ali. It was attended by Latin Patriarchal Vicar for Jordan Bishop William Shomali, a number of priests and nuns, as well as Fr. Firas mother and relatives.
