On May 25, 2021, His Beatitude Krikor Pedros XX, Catholicos of the Armenian Catholic House of Cilica, passed away at the age of 88 years old.

His Beatitude was a member of the Council of the Catholic Patriarchs of the East and the most prominent supporter of the Ecumenical Movement and the Middle East Council of Churches.

With great sadness and sorrow, the catholic Center for Studies and Media in Jordan offers its warmest condolences to the eminent fathers of the Armenian Catholic Church, the family of the deceased and his parish who loved him deeply. We ask the Risen Lord Jesus to join him in His Resurrection and reward him with Heavenly Crowns.
