Over the years, the world has been moving from one crisis to the other and from war to another because there is a prevailing virus called "sin and corruption" that dominates the world and wreaks havoc.
This virus has brought crises to the entire world leading to the death of hundreds of thousands of people as well as causing economic and social devastation.
In light to the deteriorating overall situation in the world, the only available and fruitful solution is to resort to the divine power, namely Lord Jesus Christ and seek the intercession of His Blessed Mother Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church.
In this regard, Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) has once again invited parishes, nurseries, schools, and families to participate in the initiative “One Million Children Praying the Rosary” on October 18 or 19 with a focus in this prayer campaign on worldwide unity and peace.
The prayer campaign will be available in 23 languages including Arabic. With children participating in the prayers from around 80 countries worldwide, this collective worldwide rosary prayer will instill courage and confidence in God’s loving protection, which He wishes to bestow on us through His Holy Mother and our Mother, Blessed Mary.
The serious challenges confronting the world leads us to think that a divine intervention is only capable of guiding the hearts of those governing the destinies of nations to give hope for a future characterized with piece and optimism.
The Holy Rosary is a prayer for peace as it includes the contemplation of Lord Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, and the Master of all peace-loving nations. Praying the Holy Rosary sows the seeds of peace and charity and produces peace among peoples and nations.
Focusing our eyes on Lord Jesus Christ, then praying the Holy Rosary, will convert people into peacemakers which complies with the teachings of the Holy Bible “to pray ceaselessly” (Luke18:1)
Saint Padre Pio: 'When one million children pray the rosary, the world will change'
It is worthy to note that the children’s rosary campaign was initiated in 2005 in the Venezuelan capital of Caracas. Praying the Holy Rosary is reminiscent of what Saint Padre Pio had said: “When one million children pray the rosary, the world will change.”
With this campaign spreading across the world, ACN has supported the campaign since 2008 and took over the organization of the entire global event two years ago.
As we say "Let there be peace in the world", many thanks go to "Aid to the Church Indeed" for this sublime and invaluable initiative.
