Rula Imsih Kishek has launched her new album of Christmas carols titled, "The Essence of Christmas".

Her album of Christmas carols includes eight hymns, five of which are new. According to the producer, the album touches on the true meaning of Christmas, focusing on the Child, Lord Jesus Christ, who was born on a cold winter night in Bethlehem. The work also reflects images of the Holy Land.

The new album’s lyrics and melody are by Samir Saadou. It was directed by Bilal Haqqani and recorded at the Haqqani Brothers Studio in Los Angeles. The hymns are accompanied by Rania Asmar, Samir Sadou, Rana Samara, Na’loum Helou, Bilal Haqqani and Osama Kishek.
