In the offices of the World Family of Radio Maria in Rome, a meaningful moment of prayer and communion has taken place in the presence of His Eminence Cardinal Leonardo Sandri and Monsignor Rino Fisichella.

The event served as a bridge between the heart of Christianity and the wider world. It was attended by the president of the World Family, Vittorio Viccardi, the staff of the Rome offices, and the teams from the two stations broadcasting from the Rome studios: Radio Maria in Arabic (founded in 2015) and Radio Maria in Mandarin Chinese (founded in 2022).

During the ceremony, a blessing was imparted upon the studios, including the newly established spaces on the upper floor, which are intended for use by any Radio Maria  passing through Rome. The aim of these facilities is to foster connection between the centre of Christianity and Radio Maria stations around the world, thereby strengthening the evangelizing mission and the spiritual bond among diverse linguistic and cultural communities.

The gathering also served as an opportunity to highlight Radio Maria’s global mission, which continues to grow through faith, technology, and spirit of service.
