Thursday, 20 August 2026, under the patronage of His Beatitude Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, the St. Joseph Medical Center was inaugurated in the city of Bethlehem, in the presence of several heads of Churches and representatives of various institutions, alongside Mr. Jamil Kousa, Director of St. Joseph Hospital, with members of the medical and administrative staff.

His Beatitude blessed this important step, emphasizing the center’s vital role in serving the people of Bethlehem and strengthening healthcare services, and wishing the center success in its humanitarian and medical mission.
