Jordan: Latin Patriarchate Schools hold conference on "Leadership in the Service of the Local Community"

The general administration of Latin Patriarchate Schools in Jordan held its first conference on May 14, 2024 titled, "Leadership in the Service of the Local Community". The event was held under the patronage of Director General of the Latin Patriarchate Schools Fr. Dr. Firas Nasrawin in partnership with the American University of Madaba and Caritas Jordan.

 

The conference convened in the presence of AUM President Dr. Ma’moun ‘Akroush, Latin parish priest in Madaba Fr. Tariq Abu Hanna, and  Executive Director of the Latin Patriarchate Schools in Jordan Mrs. Samar Smairat.

 

Representatives of a total of 15 Latin Patriarchate Schools in Jordan, participated in the conference which covered theoretical and practical aspects of motivational lectures delivered by  AUM faculty members, namely Dr. Hanan Mdanat, Dr. Majid Tarawneh, and Dr. Bushra Mhadin. It also included sound planning in reality by employees of Caritas Jordan.

 

The conference includes artistic and creative activities presented by students of Latin Patriarchate Schools in Jordan, including the Latin School in Madaba, the Latin School in Northern Zarqa, the Latin Secondary School in Fuheis, and the Latin School in Jubaiha.
