Radio Mariam inaugurates new offices in Aleppo

radiomaria.org :

With joy and gratitude to the Lord, the new office buildings of Radio Mariam has been officially inaugurated in Aleppo  in the presence of the city’s bishops, their vicars, staff members, and several volunteers. It was a moment of celebration and hope, bringing together a vibrant community eager to proclaim the Gospel even in challenging times.

Heartfelt thanks go to all those who, with generosity and dedication, have made this project possible. The new offices represent not only a milestone for Radio Mariam Syria, but also a valuable gift for Radio Mariam Armenia, which will now have a dedicated space in Aleppo. In the new studios, programmes in Armenian, both live and recorded, can be produced and broadcast, giving a strong and clear voice to the Armenian Catholic community in Aleppo and beyond.

During the ceremony,  Monsignor Joseph Bezouzou, Episcopal Vicar, was appointed as representative of Radio Mariam Armenia in Aleppo. Together with a group of volunteers, he will coordinate and support activities to ensure that the voice of the Armenian Church can reach the world through the waves of Radio Mariam.

This inauguration is a concrete sign of the communion that unites the stations of the World Family of Radio Maria. Though they speak different languages, they share the same mission: to announce the Word of God and to bring a message of faith, hope, and unity to places often marked by suffering.
