Sister Anna Maria of the Sacred Heart, an Italian nun, celebrated her 106th birthday on March 14, still actively serving in her monastery in Seregno, Italy. Sister Anna Maria’s life has been marked by hardship, suffering from serious illnesses at a young age, but she attributes her recovery to miracles. Before entering the monastery at 70, she worked as a governess, teacher, and caregiver.
