As part of its unwavering commitment with regards to its responsibility towards the future of the new generation in Gaza, the Latin Patriarchate in the Holy Land continues to enhance its educational mission by providing real opportunities for higher education, based on its belief that investing in people is the path towards hope and stability.

In this context, the Latin Patriarchate has undertaken a noble step by enabling 12 male and female students from the Gaza Strip to pursue their higher education at the American University of Madaba (AUM). This step reaffirms that AUM’s role is not limited to short-term initiatives, but rather extends to providing comprehensive educational pathways that empower young people to build a dignified and stable future.

This initiative embodies the moral and pastoral commitment of the Latin  Patriarchate to stand by families, support the new generations, and give them the opportunity to get educated and grow up in a way that  helps them to contribute actively to their community through establishing a rosy future.

In this regard, the Latin Patriarchate extends gratitude and appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of this mission, especially the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the AUM’s members of staff for the extended cooperation and continuous support.
