On November 2, 2026, Bethlehem University welcomed a delegation from the Lieutenancy of England and Wales of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher. The visit reaffirmed a longstanding friendship and shared commitment to education and young people in the Holy Land.

The delegation met with Bethlehem University leadership, advancement representatives, and students, hearing first-hand about their experiences, aspirations, and the role of Bethlehem University in supporting young Palestinians through education. Students from the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism also prepared a lunch for the guests, reflecting the University’s spirit of hospitality.

The relationship is reflected in the Lieutenancy’s endowed scholarship supporting Hotel Management students as they pursue their education and prepare for professional careers.

Bethlehem University is deeply grateful for the continued generosity and friendship of the Knights and Dames of England and Wales, whose support invests in students and their future.
