Marking the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, Latin Patriarchal Vicar for Jordan Bishop Iyad Twal, celebrated a solemn Mass on Monday October 6, 2025, at the House of Visitation in Dabouq,  Amman. The Holy Mass was attended by a group of Latin Patriarchate and Greek Catholic priests in addition to deacons. In attendance were Sister Madeleine Dababneh, deputy director of the Holy Rosary Congregation in Jordan, along with Rosary nuns, teachers, students, and a number of the faithful from various parishes.

At the outset of the Holy Mass, Bishop Twal paid well-wishes to the Rosary sisters marking the feast. In his homily, he addressed the history relevant to the Rosary, and the importance of praying the Rosary with regards to ending wars and conflicts. His homily focused on three points, namely praying with faith, the importance of congregational prayers, as well as how to pray with confidence and hope. He concluded his homily with a prayer to Blessed Mary, Our Lady of the Rosary, to the Rosary Sisters, and for vocations

During the Holy Mass prayers were offered for peace in the entire world, especially in our wounded East, for the Pontiff, for the clergy, and for the Rosary Sisters so that Our Lady of the Rosary might bless their services and lives. Later, the nuns renewed their vows of chastity, obedience, and poverty.

At the end of the Holy Mass, the celebrants left in an atmosphere of jubilation to the tune of the hymn "Look Upon Me," written by Saint Marie Alphonsine, the founder of the Congregation of the Most Holy Rosary.
