On Sunday, March 8, Apostolic Nuncio to Jordan Archbishop Giovanni Pietro Dal Toso celebrated the Holy Mass of the Second Sunday of Lent at the Church of the Apostles in Northern Zarqa at the invitation of parish priest Fr. Iyad Bader, who concelebrated the Mass with Fr. Rubén Cabrera, Fr. Giovanni Valorni, and Deacon Elias Javin. In attendance were Sisters of Saint Dorothy, members of the parish council, parish committees, as well as a large gathering of parishioners.

At the outset of the Holy Mass, Fr. Bader delivered a welcoming address in which he greeted Archbishop Dal Toso, expressing his gratitude and appreciation for his acceptance of the invitation and his celebration of the Holy Mass. He noted that this visit is a source of joy for the parishioners and a spiritual encouragement to them on their Lenten journey. Prior to the final blessing, prayers were offered for peace in the world, imploring the Lord to put an end to conflicts, as well as to spread tranquility and peace among all peoples.
