On the fourth day of its visit to the Holy Land , the Holy Land Commission of the Grand Magisterium travelled visited Taybeh, Beit Afram, Ramallah and Ain Arik, and listening to the challenges facing the Christian communities.

 In Taybeh, the Commission heard from Fr. Bashar Fawadleh about efforts to create local employment and housing in order to support families and help curb Christian emigration, as well as the importance of pilgrimage and solidarity with the village.

At Beit Afram and in Ramallah, the Commission encountered the elderly residents of the Latin Patriarchate’s home and met with Fr. Yacoub Rafidi to discuss the pastoral and educational needs of the Christian community, particularly the importance of supporting young people in remaining in their homeland.

The day concluded in Ain Arik, with Fr. Firas Abderabbo, who shared about the life of the parish and the school.
