Under the patronage of Hungarian Ambassador to Jordan Mr. Attila Káli, donations from the Hungarian government have been delivered to the Italian Hospital in Amman. These donations include medical equipment and devices essential for improving healthcare services.
In attendance were Apostolic Nuncio to Jordan Bishop Giovanni Pietro Dal Toso; Hospital Administrative Director Dr. Nasim Samawi, Medical Director Dr. Khaled Shammas, members of medical staff, Regional Project Manager for Hungary Helps Mr. To'meh Jbara, Caritas Jordan Director Wael Suleiman, and representatives from the administrative team and the healthcare sector.
This initiative is part of the support and assistance project implemented by Caritas Jordan with the support of the Hungarian government, which aims at providing medical and health assistance to refugees and needy Jordanians. This cooperation reflects the Hungarian government's commitment to supporting humanitarian efforts in Jordan as it contributes to strengthening the hospital's capacity to meet the needs of the local community.
