On May 14, 2026, a delegation from the American University of Madaba visited Al-Faisaliah Secondary School for Girls to take part in a conference on “Developing Leadership Skills in Decision-Making.”

The delegation included Prof. Ihab Al-Sawalha, Prof. Wajdi Al-Awaideh, Dr. Bakr Al-Sawaideh, Dr. Hanan Madanat, Dr. Hassan Al-Halaybeh, and Mr. Rami Al-Karadsheh, Director of Services.

The team delivered engaging lectures on modern leadership, communication, creativity, motivation, and decision-making, encouraging active student participation and discussion.

At the conclusion of the visit, school principal Ms. Maha Al-Masarweh honored the delegation in recognition of their contribution. Appreciation was also extended to Dr. Nasra Al Hababsih and Ms. Duaa Alhadid for organizing the event, while the delegation praised the students for their enthusiasm and thoughtful engagement.
