The Roman Theatre, located in the heart of the capital, Amman, hosted on  Wednesday September 22, 2026 an eve of hymns and devotional singing titled, “Spiritual Inspirations from the Land of Baptism,” organized by the Royal Institute for Inter-Faith Studies in partnership with the Catholic Center for Studies and Media.

The evening brought together Christian hymns and Islamic devotional singing in an artistic and spiritual gathering that evoked the religious and historical significance of Jordan and the Land of Baptism. Through music, hymns, and chants, the event conveyed messages of love, brotherhood, peace, and human association.

The evening featured the Orchestra of the National Music alongside the Sacred Heart of Jesus Choir and the Kiwan Brothers band, as well as a selection of singers, namely Hiba Abbasi, Baraz Al-Sabbagh, Amir Al-Hassami, Talali Samaan, Yousef Kiwan, Rose Al-War, and Makadi Nahhas. They jointly presented a performance that brought Christian and Muslim voices to the stage of the Roman Theatre.
