Bethlehem University proudly recognizes the Zbierski Library team for its commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and excellence in serving the University community.

The Library Internal Quality Cell (IQC) received the President’s Award for Quality Assurance for Academic Year 2025–2026, in recognition of its outstanding engagement in quality assurance activities, systematic assessment of its performance, and continued efforts to enhance Library services in response to the needs of students, faculty, and staff.

The award reflects the Library team’s sustained commitment to quality improvement and its contribution to strengthening a culture of excellence across Bethlehem University. Through active participation in quality assurance processes and ongoing evaluation of its services, the Library continues to support the University’s strategic goals and its commitment to providing high-quality services to its community.

The award was presented to Ms. Elizabeth D’Souza, Director of the Library, by Brother Hernán Santos, University President, in the presence of Prof. Iman Saca, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Mr. Hassan Costantini, Director of Quality Assurance and Enhancement.
